A Financial Responsibility Agreement includes funding and payment Agreement between the student and the University including method of payment issued to each prospective student after acceptance for his/her careful review and signature. The student will retain a copy, and return the signed originals of the Financial Responsibility Agreement and Study Plan along with the payment evidence (if any) to the University.
