Florida, USA
The BAU Anthem celebrates the two academic traditions that inspire our University and the international community of students, faculty and alumni who share our mission. It is sung by graduates, faculty and guests at convocation, commencement and University celebrations.
Where Florida's sunlight greets the sea,
A beacon stands for all to see;
Two nations' wisdom, joined as one,
Our quest for knowledge has begun.
Hail, British American, proud and true,
We lift our voices, all for you;
In truth and honor we will stand,
United, learning, hand in hand.
From every land our students come,
With open minds, a world as home;
We carry forth the light we gain,
To serve, to lead, to build, sustain.
