BAU is duly recognized by individuals and organizations both in the private and in the public sectors. Evidences of the University recognition include the following:
British American University (BAU) is a globally recognized University by individuals, corporate organizations as well as State and Federal Governments’ agencies, and other Universities and Research Institutions. The University has been Approved/Licensed by the United Republic of Delvin (URD). Other recognition status of the British American University includes the following:
- BAU is recognized in America being a member of the American Association of Higher Education and Accreditation (AAHEA)
- BAU is recognized in Africa being a member of the Association of African Universities (AAU)
- BAU is recognized in Europe and Asia being in collaboration/partnership with the Euroasian Educational Research Council (EERC) – Visit: https://www.euroasiacouncil.in/recognised_institutions
- BAU is recognized in Asia and Europe being an accredited member of International Peace Human Rights Education Council (IPHREC) based in Malaysia and India as of October 4, 2024. The IPHREC was founded under the Government of India and West Bengal Institutions and Establishments Act, 1963, and it is a member of the European Commission
- BAU is recognized by the United Nations having been recognized by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) APL Expert which is one of the authorities for quality education worldwide
- British American University is specifically fully recognized in Birland (BirTawil Africa), North Africa, and therefore the University has been issued Certificate of Recognition with No. BIR/09292024 by the Birland Government
- BAU is recognized in the United Republic of Delvin (URD) having been Approved/Licensed in the URD
- BAU’s commitment to continuous development is reflected in its approval by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Group, London, United Kingdom, as an Approved CPD Provider with Certificate No. 784068 of May 1, 2024
- BAU has received the prestigious Recognition Certificate from the Global Merit Council Board, USA, in appreciation of the University in the field of Higher Education which is another form of global recognition
- BAU has received Certificate of Appreciation in Higher Education from the Global Merit Council Board, USA, for having successfully met the requirements of the Board
- BAU is a Full Member of the International Federation of Private Universities with membership No. M32025-13
- BAU’s global recognition and acceptability has manifested in series of academic and research collaboration/partnership Agreements with private and government Universities in many countries including USA, India, Italy, Pakistan, Somalia, Zambia, Ukraine, Armenia, South Africa, Malawi, Birland, and Cambodia to mention but a few. It means BAU is recognized in any country where the University has signed MoU with other Universities whether private or public. Specifically, as a mark of recognition, BAU has signed Collaboration/Partnership Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with each of the following Universities:
