The Financial Responsibility Agreement explains the student’s obligation to pay tuition, fees and other charges on time. It is signed together with the Enrollment Agreement before registration.
Sponsored students and those receiving scholarships remain responsible for any amount not covered by their sponsor.
The student agrees to pay all tuition, fees and charges by the published due dates.
Approved installment plans must be followed; missed payments may attract late fees.
Amounts not paid by a sponsor or scholarship remain the student’s responsibility.
Unpaid balances may lead to holds on registration, transcripts and certificates.
Refunds follow the University refund policy based on the date of withdrawal.
Statements and notices are sent to the student’s University email address.
The Admissions Office will be happy to explain any part of it before you sign.
